What we do in our service:
Inspection of the turbo (If unable to service turbo, this is when we would contact you with a reason the turbo cannot be serviced and will send it back.)
Complete Tear Down of Turbo
Thoroughly Clean Back Plate, Compressor Wheel, Shaft, Exhaust Wheel, Turbo Housing, and Exhaust Housing.
Media Blast Exhaust Housing and Compressor Housing
Clean and Polish Turbo Housing
Clean VGT Vanes
VGT Solenoid Actuator Testing.
Replace Unwanted Shaft Play with:
New Journal Bearings
New Bearing Spacer
New 360 Degree Thrust Bearing
New Piston Ring
New Thrust Collar
New Gaskets
Replacing These Essentials Back to Balanced Factory Setting.
Warranty Covers Parts and Labor for the Turbo for 1Year

Note* Although We Do Not Provide This In Our Base Rebuild Service, We Can Still Install Onto Your Turbo For an Extra Fee Such As: Billet Wheels, New Shaft and Wheel, and 360 Degree Thrust Bearings. (Please Contact Me For More Information Before Buying the Rebuild Service)
