This Melett harness will allow you to connect your newer 13-18 HE300VG Actuator to your 07-12 HE351VE turbo 

From our experience, the newer model HE300VG (13-18) Actuators are more reliable than the previous HE351VE (07-12) Actuators.

Note* When installing your actuator, you will need to have your actuator calibrated to the turbo.
