(This is when we determine if your turbocharger is rebuildable)

Complete Tear Down of Turbo

Media Blast Exhaust Housing, Compressor Housing and Center Housing Rotating Assembly (CHRA)

Ultrasonic Clean Compressor Wheel, and Shaft

New Journal Bearings

New Bearing Spacer

New 360 Degree Thrust Bearing 

New Piston Ring

New Thrust Collar

New Seals

Balanced for Spec

Replacing These Essentials Back to Balanced Factory Setting.

There is a 1Year Warranty on Parts and Labor of Your Turbo

What we do NOT do in our BASIC Rebuild Service:

Fixing & Replacing Compressor Wheels and Shafts

Fixing & Replacing CHRA's

Replacing OEM Parts with Aftermarket

Note* Although We Do Not Provide This In Our Base Rebuild Service, We Can Still Install Onto Your Turbo For an Extra Fee Such As: Billet Wheels, New Shafts, and  New Wheels.  (Please Contact Me For More Information Before Buying the Rebuild Service)
